The Association is managed by a committee elected annually by the members. The committee includes at least one representative from each club in the Association.
The committee meets about six times each year, normally at Redborne Community College in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. Agendas and minutes are copied to club secretaries for the information of all members
All the meetings of the committee are "open" and anyone affiliated to the Association may attend as an observer.
