This page provided access to various SCAS documents of interest to clubs and individuals in Bedfordshire.

The documents are, as far as possible, provided in pdf format so that they can be downloaded if necessary.

Minutes of  the last Annual General Meeting (for 2008) available in electronic format (Saturday 12th April 2008). These minutes are in draft form and are therefore susceptible to amendment.

Minutes of the last Council meeting available in electronic format (Saturday April 12th 2008). These minutes are in draft format and are susceptible to correction at the next Council meeting.  The various reports commented upon may not be included but can be obtained from the County Representatives if you have a particular interest. 

The next SCAS Council meeting is scheduled to take place at University College London at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday July 12th 2008.

At the AGM in April 2003, the Council ratified  a new Constitution and Rules for SCAS. The document is visible here - Constitution and Rules - If you print this pdf double sided in landscape format on A4 paper, it presents as a 16 page A5 booklet.
